If you are not sure have a look in natural daylight at the colour of the underneath side of your wrists. If the Skin has a blue or rosy undertone, and your veins appear bright blue/aqua you are COOL. If your Skin is coral, rosy beige and your veins appear more violet/purple then you are WARM.
